Hurricane Spotter

This is the first of the real scientific AT sets.  Joe here has some fancy electronic gizmos and some measurement equipment.  I imagine he is going to be able to determine where the hurricane is going to hit.  As a kid, the little gadget with a dish was used to find the bad guys.  I don't remember what he did with the bottle and such though.  Today, it is a real handy set to cover up some bad hair rubs.
