Rescue Raft
 

This was one of the neatest, and most believable, action packs.  Joe could carry a raft on his back so he didn't have to swim large bodies of water.  I believed it, but of course as a kid I didn't realize how heavy an industrial strength raft was.  Still, a great set with that nice two-piece oar.
