This particular Joe vehicle is almost as cool as the capture copter and big trapper.  Joe can zoom across the water (and as a kid over land and even sometimes fly) in his turbo swamp craft.  I just don't know where the fresh water manta ray came from that was haunting him in the swamp.  I guess it could have been a fresh water version or maybe a salt water swamp.  I'll never know.  I do have this set, now complete, minus the box.
